The Beverage Department oversees the serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the ship's night clubs, discos, decks, restaurants, room service, private parties and all bar areas.

Areas of responsibility include:
  • Revenue and operation
  • Supervision and maintenance of all public bars, lounges, crew bar and beverage service
  • Thorough knowledge of wines, beers and spirits
  • Compliance with the United States Public Health Sanitary rules
  • Beverage sales forecasting
  • Budget preparation
  • Overseeing bar requisitions and inventories
