The Beverage Department oversees the serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the ship's night clubs, discos, decks, restaurants, room service, private parties and all bar areas.
Areas of responsibility include:- Revenue and operation
- Supervision and maintenance of all public bars, lounges, crew bar and beverage service
- Thorough knowledge of wines, beers and spirits
- Compliance with the United States Public Health Sanitary rules
- Beverage sales forecasting
- Budget preparation
- Overseeing bar requisitions and inventories
