Food Preparation
From waiters to buffet servers to line cooks to executive chefs, on board Food Preparation at HAL is responsible for the management and supervision of the restaurants, bar, galley and related areas like food costing budgeting, training, maintaining food quality, service, safe handling of food supplies as required by United States Public Health.
We expect food preparation staff to be thoroughly trained in day to day food operations including the needs to maintain restaurant cleanliness.
